Returns & issue handling

This is a marketplace policy page to make buyer expectations clear while StoreMV is operating without an active payment gateway.

Before payment

Buyers should verify item condition, size, model, quantity, and warranty terms before paying during delivery or pickup.

After handover

Returns depend on vendor policy and product condition. StoreMV can help coordinate communication, but payment is between buyer and seller.

Wrong or damaged item

Customer should contact the seller/admin as soon as possible with order number, photos, and issue details.

Cancelled orders

Admin/vendor can mark orders cancelled if stock is unavailable, customer cannot be reached, or delivery cannot be arranged.
